Why the floor has to be clear
Every square foot of the slab gets ground, repaired and coated, including the corners and the strip along the walls. Anything sitting on the floor would leave a gap in the coating, and grinding throws dust. So everything on the floor comes out, and it stays out until the top coat is ready for it.
How the move works
- 1At the estimate, Phil sees the garage and what is in it.
- 2On install day the crew sets up tents in your driveway and moves everything into them.
- 3The floor is ground, repaired and coated with the garage empty. Most installs take two days, laid out in how long a garage floor coating takes.
- 4Once the floor is ready, the crew moves everything back where it was.

You need to be home for the estimate so you and Phil can pick the right fit for your space together. Phil will tell you what he needs from you on install day.
What about my car and golf cart?
Cars and golf carts stay out of the garage until the floor has cured enough to drive on. Phil gives you the exact time at the estimate.
What if it rains while my things are outside?
Your things go into tents set up in the driveway, not out in the open.
Is moving my things extra?
No. Moving everything out and back is part of every quote.
